These conditions are an integral part of the contract, to the exclusion of the customer’s own conditions. They can only be deviated from in writing. They can only be deviated from in writing.<\/p>\n
These general terms and conditions of sale are only applicable between companies, in commercial transactions leading to the delivery of goods or the provision of services in the context of an independent professional or economic activity.<\/p>\n
The services are provided as described on the invoice or in the offer.<\/p>\n
The services are provided in consultation with the buyer i.e. the buyer fully agrees to the services provided after payment of his (advance) invoice.<\/p>\n
The services are delivered within the period mentioned on the order form, taking into account the usual tolerances specific to the nature of the industry or trade.<\/p>\n
Delivery shall be made to the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The services remain the property of Bennu Design until full payment of the customer, i.e. payment of his final invoice.<\/p>\n
Complaints concerning the delivered services cannot be accepted if they are not received by us in writing within seven days after delivery.<\/p>\n
Our services are payable in cash before the start of the project (or by arrangement).<\/p>\n
The delivered service remains our property as long as the full price (principal, costs and interests) has not been paid. The purchaser bears the risks as from the delivery. He\/she must keep the services in their original state (Malware and hacking caused by weak passwords and not updated hosting companies are not our responsibility).<\/span><\/p>\n In the absence of payment of the invoice on the day following the sending of a reminder by registered post, the contract can be dissolved by us ipso jure and by means of a simple declaration sent by registered post.<\/p>\n All this without prejudice to the payment of damages by the defaulting buyer.<\/p>\n In the event of non-payment of the invoice on the due date, interest will be charged ipso jure and without notice of default. This default interest is calculated on the basis of the reference interest rate of the European Central Bank.
